So to really get the community started need couple of teachers
1.Moves (NTSD)
2.Characters(NTSD)
3.Combos(NTSD)
4.Code of Shinobi(NTSD Not Cheating in other words)
Those will get their rank up to chuunin if they will require because only Chuunin can do teaching (and above).
